At Slim Curve Boutique, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality shapewear and a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Hygiene stickers (if applicable) must be unremoved

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, bodysuits, shorts, and leggings that have been worn or tried on are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Customized or discounted promotional items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@slimcurveboutique.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size or style.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
